We pay program fees at recovery residences for men who cannot pay them yet, and this is the form that starts it. We do not hand out cash and we do not assign beds, so the fastest road is this: get a bed lined up at a house, then tell us and we will talk to the house about your first weeks. If you do not have a bed yet, say so below and we will point you at the houses we know.

If you are a case manager, a probation officer, a pastor, or family asking on somebody's behalf, use this same form and put your own name and number in the last two fields.

I understand Redemption Ridge Foundation pays program fees directly to a recovery residence, never in cash, and I am asking it to contact the house about this man's fees. I understand help is a defined stretch with a taper, normally the first two weeks in full, a partial third week, and his own payments from there.
